Ballroom Dance
Grab your dancing shoes and come for this fun hour of Ballroom Dance. Tango, Swing, Samba, & Waltz are just a few of the steps taught.
Sunday 1-2pm

Latin Dance
Join this fun and energetic class and learn the basics of Salsa, Mambo, Rumba, and Cha Cha.
Sunday 2-3pm

World Fusion Belly Dancing
This creative class combines the various styles of middle eastern dance, spiced with the personal touches of the individual. The Beginning Class focuses on basic techniques. The Continuing Class focuses on patterns and phrasing.

Yoga
Let go of your stress as we free the spirit, calm the mind and tune the body. Emphasis is on form and alignment through the use of props.
